Kaizen Infrastructure is an infrastructure solutions company based in Polokwane, Limpopo. Established in 2015, it specialises in reliable electrical, plumbing, building, construction, air-conditioning and supply services.
With a strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency, we deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions for commercial, industrial and government projects across South Africa.

To transfer skills to youth from poor backgrounds, empower young people from rural and previously disadvantaged communities, create jobs, alleviate poverty, and develop rural areas by reducing unemployment.
Our Mission:
To develop a winning team that understands the needs of our clients, generates innovative ideas, and solves development challenges for both Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) and non-PDIs. We achieve this by creating job opportunities and empowering society through every project we deliver.

We have successfully delivered the following key projects:
- Department of Education – Supply & delivery of toilet paper
- Department of Health (Mankweng) – Supply & delivery of electrical materials
- COGHSTA Limpopo (sub-contract) – Servicing of 350 stands with water and sanitation infrastructure
- Capricorn District Municipality (sub-contract) – Construction of 2.9 kilometres of 200mm Ø water pipeline
